Refunds are available only for fabric purchases and applicable services. Stitching, measurement visits, and boutique bookings are non-refundable.
Fabric returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Fabric must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.
Custom stitching, measurement services, design selections, and boutique-based tailoring work cannot be canceled or refunded once started.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted by the boutique or fabric vendor. Once processing starts, cancelation is not possible.
